AluFix is a lightweight aluminium handset formwork offering complete flexibility when constructing walls. The crane-free assembly and closed hollow profile makes this a versatile modular system that delivers best in class results.
With 50% less components than comparable plastic formwork it makes this a practical and cost effective formwork solution. In addition the wide choice of panel heights and widths gives you the flexibility to accommodate a range of scenarios, whilst the panel gives the perfect finish to facings. It is durable, repairable and sustainable, boasting up to 1000 pours.
As it is also compatible with our EcoAs panels and a wide range of accessories, AluFix is a versatile and cost effective solution for wall and slab formwork.

Flange screw
Single component for strong connection of all accessories, such as brackets, push-pull props and alignment rails.
Ergonomic grip profile
Made from stable, closed hollow aluminium profile for safe handling. Low panel weight and ergonomic grip ensure safe, non-strenuous working.

With a conical anchor sleeve welded in from both sides

Closed hollow profiles
For high stability and long service life. The Aluminium frames are made of three-chamber profiles with welded-in mitred joints. The profiles are equipped with a double groove and edge protection.
EA assembly lock
Only one component is needed for rapid, reliable panel connection: the MEVA assembly lock. Allows single-handed fitting at any position along frame. A few hammer blows suffice to achieve strong, level, stepless panel connection.
Internal tie holes
The 90 and 75 cm wide panels are provided with additional internal tie holes, set back from the edge, that allow tying without obstruction by waterstops and simplify the shuttering of foundations.
alkus all-plastic facing
No water absorption. Resistant to swelling and shrinkage. The smooth, robust surface guarantees a high-quality concrete finish, even after heavy use.

Used in combination with the AluFix prop head and EuMax props, AluFix also offers a flexible and efficient slab formwork solution.
Quick and easy
Cast foundations and small walls quickly and easily cast without conventional tying components using foundation tape connected to the panels by tensioners.
Column Formwork is getting easier
AluFix column panels 150/75 and 300/75 allow inch-perfect shuttering for column cross-sections in 5 cm increments up to max. 60×60 cm side length.
